This year’s Synod Assembly will take place on Saturday and Sunday. The synod congregations are invited to worship alongside the assembly via a live-streamed service on Sunday morning. We will still provide worship at 9am. The 11am service will take place in the Community Room around our weekly meal, serving as communion. Please RSVP to foodministry.oslc@gmail.com to reserve your meal.

Studying the book of Daniel on Tuesdays at 1pm in the Founder’s Room with a zoom option.

“Cool Beans” Bible Study meets Tuesdays, at 6:30pm in the Basement Activity Center (BAC). Bring things from the Bible to share that you think is just cool, that you have questions on, or that you find bothersome.

“Who is My Neighbor”

“Who is My Neighbor?” invites children and youth to re-imagine what it means to be neighbors in Christ. Based on the Good Samaritan story, this full, five-day program contains skits, games, crafts, snacks and intentional activities for children to enjoy and learn how our faith calls us out into the world to love and serve our neighbors.

On-Line Registration is available for Students & Volunteers.

Thursday, June 6th, 12pm in the Community Room.  Come & have fun brainstorming ideas for future gatherings following our Potluck Meal.  There will be prizes for suggestions, ex: the silliest, the most eco-friendly, the most colorful, etc.  There will also be two drawings for $25 dollar gift certificates for those in attendance.  Questions?  Contact Karrie: 402-430-5383

We will be participating in this year’s parade and vendor fair, June 7-8, 2024. Anyone who wants to walk in the parade and/or help with the vendor booth, please sign up in the Atrium. Window clings are available for a $5 donation.

View the beautiful artwork of Ludmila Pawlowska at All Saints Episcopal Church, 9302 Blondo St., Omaha from April 14-June 9. Exhibition open Fridays 5-7pm, Saturdays 12-4p, and Sundays 11:30am-2:30pm. The artwork blends Russian iconography and contemporary techniques. Tours, musical performances, and lecture series also part of the exhibit.

Hygiene products: deodorant and single use razors for men and women, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, body wash, toothbrushes, floss and paste, mouth wash (alcohol free), combs, brushes, laundry soap, men’s underwear (boxer briefs only, larger sizes), small kitchen appliances: toasters, coffee pots and kitchen utensils. Items can be left in the bin in the hallway or taken directly to Bridges to Hope.
