Purpose:
To support religious, charitable, literary, or educational developments for the benefit of the Church, the community, and the world

Three Objectives Guide the foundation board:

  • To extend further the cause of Christ in our church family, the community and the world, through resources gained by managing and investing gifts faithfully.

  • To support quality programs and projects as well as innovative and creative opportunities beyond the regular mission of Our Saviour's Lutheran Church.

  • To receive and combine gifts, small and large, in the name of living or departed friends or relatives to give people a way to have continued impact during and beyond their lifetimes.

Foundation Leadership

The Foundation is managed by a board of seven OSL members. Six members are elected by the congregation and served staggered terms of six years. The seventh member is the president of the church council. Members of the board are:
